You may purchase product from us for your personal use only. In other words you MUST NOT resell our product online or offline. Strict action will be taken against abusers.

Shipping Policy:
Your order will be normally processed within 24 hours during Monday to Saturday. All orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday. If you are an USA customer you should get it within 4-6 business days. However please note that it may take up to two weeks in case of postal holidays/delays. We ship by USPS Mail.
Damaged Shipments:
We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.
Back Orders:
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.
Refund/ Return Policy:
Customers may return unopened bottles of product within thirty (30) days and receive a refund equal to the purchase price of their order less shipping and handling charges. Each customer is limited to one refund.
You must contact us by email at support@asa-xerisan.com within 30 days (45 days for international orders) of the date of your first order and you will be issued a Return Authorization Code (RAC) which is good for 30 days after the date of issuance. Once your return shipment is received, we will immediately issue your refund by issuing a credit to your credit card company or PayPal account. Orders returned without a valid RAC, or with an expired RAC, will not be subject to this money-back guarantee.
All shipping and handling charges are flat-rated at $9.95 regardless of the country of destination and order size. Any order may also be cancelled before it is shipped for a cancellation fee of $9.95 (orders are sent to our shipping/fulfillment company instantly via the internet and this is their charge to track down and cancel any specific shipment). If your order has been sent back to us due to an inaccurate shipping address, we'll resend it as soon as we receive it back. You may have to pay an additional shipping charge in such situations.
If the shipment is not delivered by USPS for any reason within thirty (30) days, we'll reship your order free of charge. Alternatively, you have the option of getting a full 100% refund in such circumstances (no fees of any type will be assessed).
International Shipping Policy.
International Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. The Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in Buyer's country (see additional restrictions below).
International Shipping Restrictions:
We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products to their country. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "illegal to import."
If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by Customs as "unclaimed" if the order has been issued a RAC under our Refund Policy (see above). If the order has not been issued a RAC, the order will not be subject to this money-back guarantee.
